STEP 1: VEHICLE CHECK IN & DROP-OFF
  • Bring your vehicle to Solex Motors for the check-in procedure.
  • Complete the Vehicle Check-in Form at the reception.
  • A staff member will fill out a Job Card with your vehicle's details and move it to the work-floor premises. Please hand in your keys at this time.
  • Our friendly reception staff are available to answer any questions.
Step 2: Vehicle Awaiting Assessment
  • After garaging, an insurance-appointed assessor will assess your vehicle.
  • No work begins on the vehicle at this point.
Step 3: Vehicle Awaiting Authority
  • We send a comprehensive damage estimate to the assessor.
  • The assessor submits an assessment report to the insurance.
  • We await a ‘Repair Authority Letter’ from the insurance.
  • Work on the vehicle cannot start until this authority is received.
Step 4: Insurance Authorized Repairs

Upon receipt of the ‘Repair Authority Letter’ and authorized assessment report, we begin repairs (subject to no issues with price or parts).
